For centuries the Dutch Oven has been the world’s portable camp stove. Our ancestors made good use of their Dutch Ovens and developed a tasty array of recipes. It is unfortunate that in more recent times, much of this knowledge has been lost and forgotten.  Dutch Oven cooking is an enjoyable and delicious experience for anyone, wether at home or on trail. Anything tastes better when cooked in a Dutch Oven and you don’t have to be out in the wilds to do it. Almost everyone has some spot in their backyard that can be used. Whether the meals are for your own family or a group of friends, you will really enjoy this way of cooking. Once you are hooked on it, you will be trying to find excuses to use your Dutch Oven continually. At the moment the site is mainly in Dutch, but this will chance in the comming months.
